DJ, Producer and Events
Organiser was born on the 27th of September 1981 . His love
for the fundamentals of music began in his early teens. When
he was just 15 he purchased his first set of turntables and
began his journey into sound. At 16 Daz Digler began spinning
Hardcore and Drum n Bass tunes with friends. He was introduced
to a few local DJ's and played sets at organised events at local
village halls and house Party's. At 17 he sought for bigger
involvement within these music events and decided to organise
his own event called "Boblins". |
| After the success
of his organised events, people approached Daz Digler to organise
big birthday party's at their local village halls to cater music
for up to 250 people.As Daz Digler's reputation grew as a DJ
, he was asked to play at other music events and night clubs,
such as Urban Beats and Capone's nightclub in Dursley. After
Plans to expand on his music career and involvement, Daz Digler
enrolled on a Music Technology HND course at Teesside University
in Middlesbrorough. Whilst on this course he gained a DJ residency
at a Club called the Empire, playing alongside DJ Little Seedy.
Whilst performing with Little Seedy, Daz Digler acquired a taste
for the art of turntablism along with a great love for Hip Hop. |

In 2003, after hooking up with
MC Double E, Daz Digler produced his first track called "Tight
on the Mic". The song was entered into an Unsigned competition
on the well known Sky TV Channel "Channel U". It got entered
straight into the Top 10 and got awarded forth place by the
Channel U viewers. This then inspired a three track E.P called
"Tight on tha Mic".
After gaining his music technology qualification Daz Digler
formed D.C Productions. D.C Productions became a platform for
Music Production, Music Events and the most recent addition
Web Design. |
| In September 2005,
Daz Digler and another local DJ Lawrence Smith planned and organised
a Fundraising event called "The Launch Party". This was in aid
of raising money to save Charfield Village Hall from closure.
After continuing Production work with other artists and DJ's,
Daz Digler got involved with Funky Junky Promotions giving him
the opportunity to DJ at nightclubs such as Bar Riga and Liquid
Diva. This led to DJ with the likes of Tim Westwood, Judge Jules,
Dread MC and Simon Pissani. |
